CEO, Dan Marino Foundation

Mary Partin serves as the Chief Executive Officer for The Dan Marino Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, she held the position of Chief Executive Officer for the YMCA of South Broward County. She has served as a member of the Florida Governor’s Autism Task Force and President Obama’s Developmental Disability Advisory. She is recognized as a national leader within the neurodiversity community, responsible for innovative solutions focused on career services, post-secondary education, and technology. During Mary’s 20-year tenure with The Dan Marino Foundation, she founded the Marino Autism Research Institute at Vanderbilt University and Marino Campus post-secondary schools in both Broward and in Miami-Dade. Partnering with the University of Southern California, the Department of Defense, Google and Magic Leap, Mary has positioned the Foundation to lead in the development of technology that addresses the challenges faced by people with autism and developmental disabilities as well as “at risk youth” in the juvenile justice system. Mary has presented at international conferences including the SAP: Autism at Work, Google Ed Foo, and the United Nations.
