Every year, our community comes together through the Annual CIO Golf Outing to do something that extends well beyond a day on the golf course. Together, we invest in students, support educational partnerships, and help develop the technology workforce that will shape South Florida for years to come.
Leadership isn’t confined to the office or the boardroom. It is reflected in the decisions we make about our communities and the opportunities we create for others.
Our scholarship program is one example. By partnering with local school districts and educational organizations, the CIO Council helps deserving students pursue higher education and careers in technology. Through our partnership with GetMyInterns, we’re also helping connect employers with talented high school students seeking meaningful internship experiences—creating a pathway from the classroom to the workplace.
These initiatives are all connected.

The 19th Annual CIO Golf Outing will take place on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Jacaranda Golf Club in Fort Lauderdale.
Player Packages are available at $950 per foursome, and premium sponsorship opportunities remain available for organizations that want to support the CIO Council Scholarship Fund while engaging with South Florida’s technology leadership community.
