Every year, technology leaders, sponsors, community partners, and educators gather for the CIO Council Golf Outing. While the event is known for great golf, meaningful networking, and time spent with peers, its purpose extends far beyond a day on the course.
The 19th Annual CIO Golf Outing, taking place on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Jacaranda Golf Club in Fort Lauderdale, is one of the CIO Council’s most important philanthropic initiatives. The event serves as a powerful reminder that when a community comes together, it can create opportunities that reach well beyond a single afternoon.
At its heart, the Golf Outing supports the CIO Council Scholarship Fund, which helps deserving students pursue educational and career opportunities in technology. Through partnerships with organizations including The School District of Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and the Broward Education Foundation, the CIO Council continues to invest in the next generation of technology leaders.
