Tricia Ferreira, Senior Vice President of Technology Product Management at World Kinect, serves as the company’s Chief Product Officer. With over 25 years of experience across Fortune 150 organizations including General Electric and World Kinect, Tricia is known for driving digital revenue models, leading acquisition integrations, and delivering enterprise-scale transformation. An anticipative innovator and ORBIE Award recipient (Super Global), she elevates performance across global teams through disciplined, value-driven leadership. She also maintains strong ties to the academic and technology community through advisory roles at FIU and SouthFloridaCIO.
Shawna Cartwright, Business Information Officer and SVP of Enterprise Technology at Cushman & Wakefield, leads enterprise applications, AI, data analytics, and integrated program delivery across critical business functions. With more than 25 years of global enterprise experience, Shawna is recognized for bridging business and technology while building high-performing teams that deliver sustainable results. Deeply committed to STEM education and mentorship, she actively supports scholarship initiatives and serves as an industry advisor to Nova Southeastern University.
