Mr. Kerrie Holley, IBM Fellow, is CTO of IBM's SOA Center of Excellence. Kerrie was appointed to Fellow, IBM's highest technical leadership position, by Sam Palmisano, CEO in 2006.

As CTO, Mr. Holley focuses on helping customers identify the business needs and technology capabilities needed to take advantage of service oriented computing and to realize sustained benefits of applying SOA. Mr. Holley has worked on numerous application development and system integration projects, primarily in the financial services sector, over his career.
